Q: Would this be a good lantern for 3 small boy's room (camping/outdoor theme)? We need some kind of lighting to attach to bed for reading. Thank you!

A:I think it would be perfect for such a use. They throw a fair amount of light at a short distance, so reading should be fine. I don't agree with the other users who said it's very low light. It would be way too bright as a night-light (IMO). It's not going to light up a room, but a kid doesn't need a lot of light for bedtime reading.
